The picture was taken on a TABLE? OMG, I thought it was a mirror. Now I have to simonize my tables. When you're not taking pix or waxing, what do you do in Texas?

I did really, really wax my end tables one time, but my Persian Kitty sailed over it and nailed her head on the wall about 12 feet away. Now I just use my blow dryer to dust...saves lots of time and no one gets hurt.

Seriously, your pix are lovely...thanks for sharing! smile.gif

laugh.gif A GREAT use of the table there, Don/Margaret . . . . very good indeed - who's the polisher in the family then?? (now don't fight over this one!)

Well Michele, you could also use your kitty (upside down of course) as the buffer for your table for a shine . . . . what other use do cats have??

Don and Margaret - looks like you two are having a party with your little groovy men (or women as the case may be) dancing around!!

Fair enough, Ann . . . . yours can look pretty, but it sounds like Michele's one has already had an accident . . . . so, may as well put it to good use !! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

My poor kitty takes so much abuse...poor baby. However, I have been known to swish her over the tables for a quick touch up now and then.

Truthfully, she goes to the groomer more often than I do so obviously, she looks much better than me on any given day. And my job, also, is to make sure she stays that way:)

GROOMER????? Are you telling me that I don't have to brush daily, clean eyes daily, clean ears daily????

Thanks goodness this happens to Persians only, the rest of our kitties are cats.

Yes, GROOMER! And yes, you still have to clean out her eyes & ears and comb & brush her every single day. If you don't, she will make your life a living "L", as I'm sure you well know:)

My other kitty is a stray...he's a total "townie." 29 lbs. of personality & love...one really cool cat!

Don and Margaret - Great Photos!! rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif
If you ahve any other solids you want to photograph and post we would love to see them. How do you plan on displaying your new solids? Do you have a curio cabinet/vitrine? Are you going to display them with other solids?

Hi Don & Margaret,

Those are great photos.

I really like the boot photo. Very understated but effective. Like it a lot. smile.gif

Keep up the good work and post often.

Hope to receive the boat and lighthouse soon (when it gets thru Texas customs).
I am going to try some understated photos also . Some of ours have been way over the top lately and I have not been pleased with them.
Your work has inspired me.

Ann
