RIGHT! had to change mode into Guided Mode on the left hand side above Normal Mode!

You almost had it. Here's what you have to do to make the font sizes/colors/etc work:
1. Choose all your preferred colors and such.
2. Type your message.
3. Click "Close all tags"
You are done!

Hi Jack, It has taken me long enough! Now I have changed to Guided Mode!
Wondering how Nancy is coming along? Nancy if you are reading, change your setting to Guided Mode as opposed to Normal Mode!
