Good to see you back, Jacky . . . . you don't need an invitation to join in !!

C'mon others - I need a twist in this!!

Big Grizzly Bob's heart is a thumping
His palms are sweaty and his pulse is pumping

Can Bob pop the question, that's what we'll have to see
And just what is Lola's reply gonna be?

''Don't they look just too fantastic!'' Lola smiled back at Big Bob as she stroked his big paw. 'Yes they do Big Bob, and Yvette is giving you quite an eyeful, what with her big kicks an all!' Big Bob chuckled .....'Now don't be fretting about her, darlin Lola. Ya know how I feel about you, an if u don't, then................ Big Bob was interrupted by a shrill shriek! ''Well waddaya know!' he gasped as everyone in the theatre jumped up out of their seats! Slowly the safety curtain was lowered and a hush descended. 'Do you think we oughta go back stage?' Lola whispered. 'Well I kinda think we should stay right here darlin. She'll be OK. Must have slipped on somethin......' 'and ended up doing a banana split!' Lola thought to herself!.

The loudspeaker blasted out..... 'We apologise for the inconvenience. Miss Yvette has been taken to hospital for X-rays. We are sure it's nothin serious and as you all know, the show must go on!'

'Well that was something unexpected!' Big Bob sighed later as they left the theatre. 'It sure was!' Lola smiled, fluttering her eyelashes in reply, deep down relieved that Yvette was well and truly out of the picture. 'Where are we going now?' Lola asked. 'Well honey, just stick with me! I wanna take you somewhere real romantic. But the way things seem to be panning out......am never sure what's gonna pop up!'

Lola smiled. She wanted to thank GiGi, but this was not the time and the place to do so! She'd catch up with her later! Meanwhile Uncle Bob had plans....Big plans, and she was busting to know what ?

Bob took Lola out from Ceasar's and they headed down the road to another high class fancy hotel called "The Steamboat". (It is a fantasy story, you know!)

They walked on board and it felt as if you were truly on a riverboat, "Oh it's so romantic, Bob!" squealed Lola as they sat in the moonlight with the sound of small waves lapping against the boat . . .

She looked out over the edge and saw a huge marlin peep out of the water and wink at her. She blinked and looked again, but it had gone. ohmy.gif

Lola turned back to see Bob of his feet and beckoning her towards the dance floor. A slow song had just started . . . . (Mimi might choose one and start singing it for us now . . . . ) smile.gif

Lola wanted to dance with Bob but before she did, she put on "Party Shoes" and stuck another feather in her headpiece. She danced over to Bob who had donned a "Top Hat" and they began to dance ever so slowly. The night seemed to last forever when Lola and Bob decided to leave the "Steamboat" and go to "Circus Circus" .....

Magically, a "Coach" appeared to take them to Circus Circus where they found themselves in the center of a Circus Tent as the "Jester" starting playing a beautiful melody on the "Golden Piano".........

Lola was getting dizzy as she drank too much bubbly "Champagne" so Bob held onto Lola with his strong fuzzy arms....

All of a sudden a drunk Lola noticed a Frog hopping around the tent, and she wondered if that was her "Prince Charming"...... should she kiss the frog and find out? unsure.gif

[B]Hello Denise,

Great to have you joining in! Wouldn't it be fantastic if we could see the appropriate 'small solid' by it's respective name!

Once again, thanks for taking the trouble Denise, and welcome on board!

''DID YOU SEE THAT (HIC) FROG?'' Lola asked pointing to the floor! 'What Frog yer talkin bout darlin? There ain't no frogs here..... I think yer jus givin me a load of Bull!' Big Bob chuckled. 'That Frog, sitting on the sparkling lilly pad (hic)!' Lola swayed slightly. 'Come on darlin. There aint no rhyme or reason for you to be looking for Frogs or Bulls, come to think of it! I'm your PRINCE CHARMING from now on! An dont yer ferget it! Now come here and let me give you a big smackaroo on those beautiful lips of yurs!' Lola looked up into Big Bobs brown velvety eyes before gently crumpling to the ground. ohmy.gif

'Well, waddaya know!''Big Bob exclaimed out loud, ' I do believe she's fainted! Now aint that somethin!''

As Bob looked down at his beautiful 'sleeping' Lola, the bullfrog leapt by and planted one on her.

"Yech!" Bob said - he was horrified and chased the Frog down the aisle. Meanwhile, it was the very thing that Lola needed to bring her back to consciousness.

Lola's eyes suddenly fluttered open and she wondered what she was doing on the ground with all these blurry faces peering at her . . . .

She put out her hand to be helped up. It was a Rodeo Cowboy who did the honours. Lola fell into his arms immediately and thought of him as her saviour. . . . she was smitten!!

As Rodeo Cowboy gathered Lola into his arms, who should appear but Rodeo Cowgirl in a miniskirt, no less! Lola noticed she was Beautiful to Boot! By the quickness with which Rodeo Cowboy disentangled himself from Lola's arms, Lola knew that Rodeo Cowboy and Rodeo Cowgirl were an item. As they started to walk away, Lola called out, "Thank, you!" Rodeo Cowboy turned around, dipped his Cowboy Hat, and with a big grin said, "Glad to be of service, ma'am." Lola thought to herself, "ma'am"? How old does he think I am? Lola kept watching the couple as they made their way through the crowd. They looked familiar, but she couldn't quite place them.

Before Lola could blink, the Rodeo Cowboy and Cowgirl flew away on the Pegasus and disappeared! Lola couldn't believe her eyes! She was still wondering why the Rodeo Cowboy called her Ma'am, so she sat down at her Vanity to take a good look at herself. "Well Golly Gee, I still look like Me, what did that Dude see?"

After Lola applied more Lipstick and sprayed on Beautiful Perfume, she went searching for Bob....... but he could not be found! Where did Bob go? ohmy.gif

TIGHTENING UP HER BUSTIER, AND PULLING HERSELF TOGETHER, SHE CONTINUED HER SEARCH FOR BIG BOB! HE WAS HER PRINCE CHARMING. LET THE COWBOY AND COWGIRL RIDE OFF INTO THE SUNSET! YAHOO!!...... THERE WERE CASINOS OUT THERE, AND BIG BUCKS TO SPEND.............AND OF COURSE.........BIG BOB WAS THERE TOO WAITING FOR HER TO REGAIN HER COMPOSURE AND TO JOIN HIM AT THE 'SLOT MACHINE!' WITH HIS 'LUCKY HAND' ! WHO COULD SAY WHAT THE NIGHT WOULD BRING!

LOLA SUDDENLY STOPPED IN HER TRACKS! 'OH NO!' SHE GROANED OUT LOUD.
rolleyes.gif UP DOWN, UP DOWN rolleyes.gif YES! IT WAS YVETTE! AND WHAT WAS SHE DOING CLINGING ON TO BIG BOB'S ARM! LOLA PULLED HER 'BUSTIER' EVEN TIGHTER.........THIS WAS NOT ON THE CARDS!

Although Yvette was hanging off Big Bob's arm, that lovely grizzly only had eyes for Lola. He watched her as she came towards him, his face gushing and blushing under all that fur . . .

"Yep, she's the one for me," thought Bob as he pulled her into a tight embrace. "Let's go pick some numbers on the Roulette Wheel, darlin'" drawled Bob into her ear as he shrugged Yvette off with one paw.

Lola was just thrilled. Bob was SUCH a gentleman and a real catch for her. She clasped at her Lucky Golden Rabbit in her handbag and hoped for good fortunes!
