Last years bear was Giles.
The soft , resin and perfume solid bears are all the same name. The soft(plush) comes in different sizes but only the 13" has the date just like the solid.

When the first bear came out the pre release ads called him Rodney but they dropped that as they already had a Rodney bear but we got in the habit of calling him Rodney. Can't remember what they ended up with but it will come to me (maybe).

Ann,

How many of the soft bears do you have, if you don't mind me asking? Is this something that you get every year as well as the solid?

Would love to see a photo of all of them if you ever get a chance. [Big Grin]

Yes, we order the plush bear at the same time as we order the solid. If you do that be sure you ask for the bear with the date. [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

We have about 50 Harrod bears in all different sizes and yes we display them also.

The bears we don't keep out all year are our Christmas bear collection. They are all white with some kind of Christmas decoration. We have to have rules. [New Laugh] [New Laugh]

Ok , now I need more than 24 hours notice, but it sounds like great fun. [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Ken needs new jammies so that means shopping and we don't know where to shop if it isn't collectable. Is there a collectable jammie? [New Laugh]

Victoria Secret dosn't count!!!!
Even though their perfume solid is kind of nice.

Victoria's Secret solid perfume compacts are designed by Debbie Palmer, former solid designer for Lauder. [Smile]

I only have one. The pink rhinestone heart and it is nice quality. The retail price was only $35.

We don't get to Victoria Secret to often. [New Laugh] [New Laugh] [New Laugh]

Wow, that is interesting. I never knew Debbie Palmer designed solids for Victoria's Secret. I have learned so much from all of you!

Thanks, Jeanette [Smile]

Thanks Lisa for the web link.

We have more of her stuff than we knew. [Big Grin]

Can Jack maybe place the link along with her bio on the designers page??
And a reminder to us to look at the tabs at the top more often. [Smile]

Maybe you could contact EL and see who their new designer will be so you can update your designers tab. [New Laugh] While you are waiting for a reply you & Jack can plan were you are going to retire. [New Laugh] [New Laugh] [New Laugh]
Which is a new question - If you already live in Fla. where do you go to retire???

Ann,

Yes, good idea about adding the link to the designers page. [Big Grin] Her stuff really is nice and you can definitely see similarities to her previous Lauder days.

As for the retirement, maybe Hawaii or the Bahamas it has to be hot where ever it is. [Big Grin]
