You are right, of course (and as usual !) - People selling goods should take a picture of their own goods, and not use someone else's picture because they can't be bothered getting out their own camera.

In this day and age, it is so easy to get a digital photo uploaded, so why use someone else's?

Some people are just downright rude and arrogant !

I'm sorry to hear that someone has stolen your images, Brigitte. I hope that it can be stopped.

So sorry Brigitte! It has happened to me too and I put my name on my photo's! I contact Ebay who contacts the seller that stole my photographs and most of the time it's resolved.

Lisa, I used to use that code which works most of the time so I suggest using the code and putting the name "SolidPerfume.com" across the compact.

If they are copyrighted photos... and yes, even if you just took the photo... it's considered copyrighted...

So sue her if you asked her to stop & still continue...

Do you report the infringements with eBay's VERO program... they will yank them
