Brigitte, as always, you have the most wonderful information. Thank you.

Saying a quick hi to Australia Sandra! I haven't been here for ages, but I wanted to come in and see if you all saw the special edition palm tree items that were made for a Florida charity -- I loved the sandpail with seashells, it was so pretty. I hope an avid collector from here got it. It ended on e-bay last night, I think. There were a few compacts and a few other solids, I liked the sandpail the best.

Thanks for the good thoughts, Sandra! I'll try and find the item number and bring it back here for everyone to see. The description of the charity event and the solid were interesting to read.

I hope all is well with you, too.

O.K. Here goes with the ebay item number. 290358102032

The seller was 57mickeymouse (I hope I'm allowed to say that here?) and she had some pretty compacts and the one solid. The solid sold for a decent price, considering how low solid prices are right now.

smile.gif Thanks Peggy !

You're right - that little sand pail does look gorgeous ! I think it will be another 'Must Have' !

Looks like plenty of interest was there for the good price it fetched. Am sure it must have been one of our collectors ! cool.gif

What a great solid !

It looks to me like the Las Vegas oasis.
