This is a blast from the past....

I remember this being one of my favorite topic....

Anyone have anything to add.... we all stopped in 2006... I don't really have any of the solids since then but I'll try to come up with something!

Did you ever notice the adorable little bone on the inside of this solid... or that the date is stamped on the back side of the hang tag on the collar?

Did you ever notice the differences between the Spangled Drums.. the drum with the crystals has just a chain holding the two pieces together and the drum without the crystals has a hinge and the chain holding the two pieces together..

Oh cute! I love that litlle doggie even more now because of his little bone inside. I hadn't even noticed before.

Of course I had to go and check mine out - yeah, mine has a bone too ! B)

Thanks!

I love that Bulldog. One day I will get that one too. Oh and I love the white one with the blue ribbon from 2009. So cute. I keep all my little dogs together in display! I just love grouping the themes together. Thanks for sharing the differences. You must be relooking and relishing the details of your solids!
Cheers! :D

For those of you that don't have this solid...Did you ever notice the card that comes in the box with the Charming Monkey? It illustrates how the monkey can also be worn as a necklace on the black silk cord that comes with it.

I didn't get the card with my monkey and always wondered why the monkey detached so easily ! Glad I am able to have this site as a reference. :) :) :)

I must admit that I never saw it B) :(

I read it in a description on the ruby lane page.

Thanks Sandra to let me know that I forgot about mentionning the solid I was refering to.

I just copied and pasted what was written in the description of the Princess without mentionning the Princess.
Sorry, I guess I'm getting older and older ;)

Did you ever notice that the 2008 Antique Train says "EL08" in gold letters on a blue background on the engineer's box?

On the sailboat - at the top of the sail that moves it says "EL 07" in a gold design on both the front and back of this sail.

Excellent spotting, both times girls !!

Good idea from EL to put what year they were made surreptitiously on the items.

I like it ! :D

Hi - another topic from the past that I used to enjoy but was never able to add to until today (though maybe it's been said before - I haven't checked yet)

Did you ever notice the coconuts underneath the Palms on the Shimmering Oasis?

I just wanted to check out the state of the perfume inside and saw the coconuts when I lifted the bottom up.

Excellent ! I thought !! Hadn't ever noticed before !

BTW, the perfume is in fabulous condition for 9 years on ! B)
