Hurrah, today is the first day I got to watch the Australian Open.

laugh.gif It was a good match, wasn't it. Hewitt has muscled up now - looking good. Roger, Marat and Andy are all in fine form, as are Davenport and Mauresmo for the women (they're the only matches I've seen so far).

Yet to see Agassi and others. Should be an exciting open this year!

By the way, Lisa - it's C'MON!!. laugh.gif

Yaaay! biggrin.gif We love the Australian open and can't wait to see how our Americans play this year. We would dearly love to see Andre win one more grand slam. laugh.gif

Lisa and Jack live in tennis heaven. Margaret grew up about 20 minutes from Bradenton, Fl. If we still lived there we'd have to stalk some of the great tennis players that live and train around there. smile.gif

Yes, I think that would be great too!

Go Andre, this photo is from the NASDAQ last year the person in the yellow right under Andre's racquet handle is me and Jack is next to me on the left in the navy

I do live in tennis heaven, I have this event coming up where I will be working at it:

Millennium International tennis championships

And then this one:

Super Challenger event

And then there is the NASDAQ-100 Open in March!

Can't wait!

Lisa & Jack - that photo is a bit of fun.
My husband's 21 year old nephew is currently visiting us from Germany & was interviewed at the tennis on Monday by the German T.V. crew out here covering the Aust. Open - so he was pretty thrilled with that! He is there again to-day watching the Centre Court matches but as it is now 35 degrees & getting hotter I'm wondering how long he will last in the heat. Meanwhile I am in front of the T.V. watching in comfort.

Karen,

Oh how lucky for him!

Wish I was there..... maybe someday. smile.gif

It starts again here in about 30 minutes at 11:00pm, I am so tired and have a game in the morning but I know I will watch the entire match, it's going to be Agassi & Sharapova.

Lisa - are you still up? who's winning? I'm at work and can't watch it, then I'm going out to dinner with friends . . . so will miss all tonight's action. That means Agassi's game. sad.gif

Going to watch after my match today. wink.gif

Well, mine too, I admire them all!!

He is my favorite to watch (Federer), so graceful and makes it look way too easy!! I also love the way nothing bothers him always so calm and gracious.
