Hi all,

I said I was going to contact Avon about Solid Compacts and I e-mailed them before telephoning. Tomorrow I will telephone and explain further in detail about the Solid Compacts. This is the response I received from Avon:

Dear Denise,

Thanks for emailing us here at Avon. We always want to hear what you
have on your mind.

We're so sorry that the Solid Perfume Compacts were taken out of the
line. We can certainly understand your disappointment. Please know we
only discontinue products when sales decline significantly or
technological advances make the original product outdated.

Sometimes, if there's extra inventory, it'll be sold in the Avon Outlet
Flyer. But since the products in the Outlet are only available while
supplies last, you may want to ask your Representative to keep a close
eye on these flyers. If you need a Representative, just go to
www.Avon.com or call 1-800-FOR-AVON and press prompt 1 to find one in
your area.
