Hi everyone,

I just called Harrods and asked to be connected to a person of the management. I spoke to Mr. Williams and told him about how bad the service is this year and that my American collector friends also have quite a lot of complaints. I also asked him to check this site to see what customers say. He said that he will check about and call me back tomorrow.

So maybe if any of you still have a compalint call Harrods and ask for Mr. Williams and tell him what was wrong with your order.

We have tried calling Harrods , emailing and just gave up. [Frown]
Some of the problems we had were left over from last year. The double shipment has happened two years in a row. The duty charge because Harrods did not check the right box on the package($65).
Broken items that were not packed right and so on. When talking to the SA's you can not get a correct answer about anything. [Frown]

We really enjoyed your updated web site also.
It is very nice to see some of the solids in their boxes. [Smile]
