This is for the Estee Lauder experts:

Was the "Jester" from 1998 the first "human" figural perfume solid that was made by Estee Lauder?

I know since then there has been the following:

Classical Clown 1999
Circus Clown 2001
Pirouette 2001

and for this year

The Matador
The Dancer
The Cowboy

Also I am told by my Las Vegas contact that there will be an "exclusive" showgirl for the Vegas store coming out in December 2002 or early 2003.
Does anyone else know more about this solid?

So am I missing any "human" figurals?

P.s. I don't count the mermaid and fairy solids in this category. Although I guess the mermaid is half human (right) But I look at these solids more as "fantasy" characters.

Thanks for your input.

Colette,

I think you have all the "human" figures listed.

I saw the showgirl in the rough stages of production and she is going to be magnificent.

From what I remember she has a pink feather headdress and a bodice encrusted in pink stones. She is standing on a stack of poker chips.

I have already ordered her!

Colette,

There was no price for her yet. I assume she will be $250ish.

Lisa,
Thanks for the pictures---I love the showgirl.
I'm surprised because I also like the Lucky hand.

We did not get the Princess in Australia. Does anyone have a photo? What was the original price? Also does anyone have a photo of the Showgirl yet? I have only seen the sketch picture. I'm told it will be $250 to $300 by Las Vegas. Thanks in advance.

The lucky hand looks very nice and the showgirl sketch looks interesting too! I can see that my small collection is going to start off with Las Vegas exclusives! [Smile]
So far I know of the slot machine (2000), roulette wheel (2002), the lucky hand (2002)and the showgirl (2003?) have there been any other Las Vegas exclusives?

Lyndell,

If you go to the link to "My Collection" at the top of any page on my site, you can find the photos of the princess (on page 3) and most of the other ivory series scattered on other pages too.

Here's a direct link to a large image of the Princess.
